What if we are not using Dulux or it is a multi unit or commercial contract?

In these circumstances it is important that all work carried out by a commercial painting contractor must be “fit for purpose”.  Providing the product manufacturers specifications have been followed in regard to preparation and application then the supplier of those products should be able to give an expected duration for their products.

  • Many products in the market today offer warranties well in excess of 5 years providing the suppliers specifications have been met.
  • Many contractors offer their own warranties.
